ADMISSION IS FREE!

Thousands of Wisconsin National Guard Soldiers returned from Europe a century ago after nearly two years of service with the 32nd “Red Arrow” Division during World War I. Built with 15,000 volunteer National Guardsmen from 72 Wisconsin communities, the 32nd Division forged the first chapters of its long and proud service to Wisconsin and the United States.

This feature-length film follows the stories of these Soldiers as they journey from their hometowns to the training fields of Texas and then across an ocean to the battlefields of France where they forged a legacy that remains with Wisconsin today. The screening will be introduced by a representative from the Wisconsin National Guard and followed by a Q & A with the film production team.  Admission is free!

Sponsored by The Wisconsin National Guard with support for the Wisconsin National Guard from The UW-Madison Chapter of Student Veterans of America.
